We are currently seeking a skilled and certified Automotive Technicians to join our growing team and help us continue to deliver exceptional automotive care.
Position Overview: As a Certified Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. You will use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure that each vehicle is serviced to the highest standards. The ideal candidates will be experienced professionals with a strong diligence, a commitment to quality work, and excellent customer service skills.
We are looking for Certified Technicians with a range of capabilities and experience levels to help us continue to grow. The less experienced technicians will have the support and learn from our more experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnostic and Repair Work:
- Perform thorough diagnostics and identify issues in vehicles using advanced tools and technology.
- Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Follow repair procedures and specifications accurately, ensuring all work is completed to industry standards.
Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks, according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all services performed, parts used, and labor hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
- Utilize manufacturer service manuals and repair guides to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Calibrate and adjust vehicle systems and components as necessary.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
- Assist in mentoring and training junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certified Automotive Technician with a valid ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent.
- Must have a valid Motor Vehicle Mechanic Certificate by the State of Michigan
- Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and shop management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or automotive education is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
