LEVY DYKEMA is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Austin office. We’re looking for someone who has experience in marketing for the A/E/C industry. Our ideal candidate understands best practices for driving engagement with our firm and is passionate about creating eye-catching, interesting content that shows our team in the best light.
In this role, you will be asked to work closely with the President and other principals to deliver quality content that helps us sell our brand. Your daily tasks will include:
· Leading the Firm’s marketing efforts
· Managing our website and social media presence
o Creating a consistent voice for our posts
o Keeping content fresh and up-to-date
· Producing and maintaining our marketing materials, including:
o Brochures
o Case studies
o Newsletters
o Client presentations
o Project descriptions
· Developing content for portfolio sites (Architizer, Archello, etc.)
· Overseeing project photography efforts
· Managing the award submission process and creating winning entries
· Spearheading our client testimonial collection process
You may also be asked to provide occasional support for proposal responses and with other business development tasks.
LEVY DYKEMA is looking for people who:
· Have a Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, marketing, or a related field
· 5+ years’ experience with marketing
· 3+ years’ experience marketing for the A/E/C industry
· Have exceptional communication skills, graphic, written, and verbal
· Are detail oriented, accurate, and have a good design eye
· Have initiative and take ownership of their projects
· Can work well with others without having managerial authority
· Are great at prioritizing to meet multiple, sometimes simultaneous, deadlines
· Have demonstrated proofreading skills
· Are expert in Adobe’s Creative Cloud Suite of programs, especially Indesign and Photoshop
