Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Duties
- Perform regular maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Install new HVAC systems according to building codes and manufacturer specifications
- Test HVAC systems using specialized tools such as ohmmeters and voltmeters
Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems
- Ability to repair equipment related to HVAC systems
- Knowledge of boiler systems
- Understanding of plumbing for HVAC systems
- Experience in welding for HVAC applications
- Capability to design HVAC layouts for optimal efficiency
- Valid driver's license for operating a company van
- Strong ability to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.13 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
