T&C Heating and Cooling is a local, family-owned HVAC company, seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling: Assigning crews to jobs based on location, skills, and workload, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely response to customer requests.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between builders, crews and field supervisors, providing updates on crew arrival times, job status, and any delays.
- Customer Service: Address builder/customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously, striving to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of job schedules/job orders, including customer information, job details, and crew assignments.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the warehouse staff to ensure crews have the necessary parts and equipment for each job.
- Emergency Response: Prioritize and schedule crews for emergency repair calls, coordinating with field supervisors and customers to resolve issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with HVAC crews, field supervisors, and management to optimize workflow and meet company objectives.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all scheduling activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in HVAC scheduling or a similar role is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HVAC systems and terminology is beneficial but not always required.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to providing truly exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
