THE ROLE: As part of our leadership team, our General Managers play a quintessential role in guiding the direction and success of our business. Each division’s General Manager is the point person for running our operations in the cities in which they cover. It is the job of the general manager to actively recruit, strengthen relationships in contacts, build the pride of the city team, and achieve all operational results for their area. General Managers are provided the tools to do what it takes to delight our customers and are expected to be productive self-starters who are comfortable operating without daily oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to all city team members while exhibiting our core values (accountability, integrity, and innovation).
- Ensure company policies and processes are followed and enforced.
- Uphold and maintain an amazing culture for our team members so we remain a Great Place to Work
- Maintain strong, positive working relationships with customers (Superintendents, Warranty, Construction Managers, Design, Purchasing, etc.).
- Evaluate existing business operations and recommend improvements for processes, products, and growth.
- Manage daily operations of the assigned city.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, both internal and external, by delivering timely and quality installations.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain team members and installation crews.
- Train team members on daily responsibilities, product knowledge, company processes, and customer service.
- Verify and track installations and repairs with crews of contractors, performing job site inspections for quality assurance.
- Point person for field team communication with customers and crews handling installations and repairs.
- Perform inspections on warranty issues and define actions/scope of work needed to resolve claims.
- Lead and attend city lunches and team outings per the approved calendar of events.
- Evaluate team members performance, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and set goals.
- Evaluate and track contractor performance on installations and repairs.
- Approve purchase orders, customer and vendor quotes.
- Responsible for reviewing and maintaining job margins to achieve profits for the company.
- Assist in the collection of aging AR.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience leading and coaching team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.

- Experience with construction job site conditions and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
- Willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism at all times.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong time management skills.
- Not intimidated by social interaction on the phone or in person.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
