Position: Plumbing Manager
Location: Novi, MI
Pay: $45-$65/hr; based on experience, Master Plumber License Required

Plumbing Manager Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the hiring and onboarding of departmental staff
- Partner with the dispatch team to assist with organizing and overseeing the work and schedules of the team
- Partner with Project Coordinator to help with determining parts, materials, and other related supplies necessary for repairs, maintenance, or modifications
- Monitor systems daily to review projects and quotes to approve/reject as necessary working with the team member to rectify any issues that arise
- Participate in team meetings to ensure pertinent information is being shared
- Collaborate with the team to confirm all necessary training is being completed by the technicians
- Review project work prior to commencement with all involved employees
- Assist the dispatch team in the review of invoices/jobs
- Manage project lifecycle process to ensure projects are executed an closed out efficiently
- Provide updates to management regarding the performance of the division
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Plumbing Manager Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years Plumbing experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity, required
- Masters License, required
- Experience in commercial/ industrial settings required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, with attention to detail
- Ability to repair, install, inspect, diagnose, and maintain all parts of plumbing systems
- Understanding of safe plumbing practices and local, state, and federal codes and regulations applicable
