We are looking to add a highly motivated, dependable, and hard working "Team Player" to our team.
This is a Full-Time position starting at 4 pm to 1 am daily Monday thru Friday and On-call Weekends. THESE HOURS, DAYS AND START TIME ARE NOT FLEXIBLE
You MUST have a valid drivers license and a perfect driving record, as you will be driving a company vehicle to and from job sites.
The pay rate is $19 to $20 per hour based on experience. You will be paid on the 6th and 21st of every month through direct deposit.
Job Description Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial buildings by performing the following duties. Responsibilities training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Cleaning, checking and detailing our customers facilities when necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
Plan and prepare employee work schedules.
Investigate complaints about service and equipment and take corrective action.
Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities in order to determine the type of work required.
Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
Check equipment to ensure that it is in working order.
Instruct staff in work policies and procedures and the use and maintenance of equipment.
Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
Select the most suitable cleaning materials for different types of furniture, flooring, and surfaces.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years experience in Janitorial management background or similar field with experience supervising teams of 25 or more
Able to provide exceptional customer service and have the ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines
Strong problem solving skills
Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
