Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with expertise in air conditioning and refrigeration. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems and appliances, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components.
- Diagnose issues with HVAC/R equipment using tools such as Ohmmeters and schematics.
- Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units and refrigeration appliances.
- Weld and fabricate parts as necessary for repairs or installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures in refrigeration systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC/R, specifically in HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles and refrigerant handling.
- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC/R systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, including all testing equipment safely

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Valid driver's license required with background check and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
