Job Requirements of an HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician

Minimum 3 years’ experience with servicing or maintenance of forced air heating, air conditioning, ductless mini split, and heat pump systems
EPA Universal Certification
NATE Certification in the HVAC industry is a bonus
Valid driver's license with safe driving record
No criminal record
Clean and neat appearance with good customer service skills and a great work ethic
Excellent communication and people skills are a must.
Superior organization skills
Problem solving skills
Willing to work overtime, as needed

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Collaborate with team members on construction projects and field service tasks, ensuring timely completion.
Uphold safety protocols while working with ammonia refrigeration and other equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
