Position: HVAC Service Technician
Purpose:
To provide exceptional HVAC service while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining safety standards.
Expectations:
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.
- Perform full system maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Handle refrigerants and complete part replacements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers about system conditions and recommendations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Engage in continuous education and training opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 24 years or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Clear a background check.
- Hold an EPA Universal certification.
- OSHA 10 certification for new construction.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
