Job Overview
As an HVAC Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales team in our Louisiana Region. You will lead a team of HVAC Territory Managers and salespeople to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service to our HVAC customers.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with sales management team regularly to present accurate reports;
- Maintain frequent communication with Executive VP of HVAC & Mechanical;
- Drive revenue and conversion for the division;
- Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field;
- Obtain all licensing required to perform job function, as applicable;
- Execute all Company processes and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner;
- Maintain relationships with customers insuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times;
- Work with other branch personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery and beyond;
- Lead sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc;
- Develop and maintain vendor relations;
- Hiring, educating, stimulating, and guiding family members to meet or exceed goals.
Requirements:
- Must have 5-10 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry;
- Must demonstrate commitment to company values;
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Must build positive working relationships with multiple levels of employee and management;
- Must prioritize in a fast paced multi-task environment;
- Must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Must demonstrate integrity and professionalism;
- Must be a self-starter;
- Must prospect for sales;
- Must comply with all operating policies, procedures, executed Plans, and Programs;
- Must have demonstrated ability to perform basic business mathematical functions;
- Must work with minimal supervision.
