This is a full-time position with a schedule of 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekends may be required based on job needs. You'll report to a central location before heading out to your service area, and on-call availability is expected, with overtime opportunities available.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As the HVAC Installation Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our installation team, ensuring that all projects run smoothly and are completed to the highest standards. Your day will begin by reporting to a central location where you will prepare your team for the day's work, review schedules, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Throughout the day, you'll provide technical support, guidance, and leadership to your team, ensuring installations are executed efficiently and safely. You'll oversee the quality of each job, make adjustments when necessary, and ensure that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. With your strong leadership, your team will rely on you for direction and motivation, allowing for a seamless workflow and a positive working environment. Your role will involve handling customer communication and resolving any challenges that arise on-site.
