We are looking for a great maintenance technician to join our amazing Celtic family. We are needing a full time on-site property maintenance technician in Olathe, KS in servicing our 99 unit multi family property at Villas of Mur-Len Apartments. Maintenance Technicians have a wide range of responsibilities, whether they work in a specialist role or one that requires a broader skill set. Their key duties include:
- Inspecting machinery, equipment, buildings and systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- Completing small repairs such as fixing locks, leaky taps and broken windows
- Checking and maintaining safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors
- Performing grounds maintenance such as cleaning up grounds and replacing exterior light bulbs
- Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues reported by clients or colleagues
- Maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively
- Following a maintenance schedule to ensure that all routine tasks are completed
- Required to be on call for emergencies
Pay will be depend on if you are HVAC certified or not.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
