At our apartment community we understand the importance of our maintenance techs and what role they play in the success of our company. Our maintenance teams play a key role in our resident retention and comfort. We are looking for someone to join that important team in a full-time maintenance tech role. Experience in the maintenance field is required, but your time doesn't necessarily have to have been spent in the apartment field if you already have a mechanical way of understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently demonstrates our company's commitment to providing outstanding homes to our residents through integrity and care.
- Assist in the preparation of apartments for occupancy
- Respond to service requests
- Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, as well as small and large appliances
- Maintain pool/spa and grounds
- Painting as needed
- Assist with planning and execution of all preventative maintenance programs
- Routine and emergency maintenance
- Rotate on-call
- Provide exceptional customer service
- HVAC Certification is a plus
