Time management and adaptability are critical skills needed to provide the best solution for the customer. This role manages a team of installers and the entire installation process for replacement systems.
Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm - some nights and weekend work per business demands
Required qualifications:
· 5+ years of HVAC experience/knowledge
· ability to prepare and lead a team
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Good writing skills
· Professional appearance
· Solid organizational skills
· sales pipeline management
· understanding of psychology of sales
· proficient knowledge to use technology tools and basic software for organization and workflow (smart phone, tablet, computer, Microsoft suite, etc)
· knowledge with Service Titan a plus
