Qualifications:

Prefer a minimum of 2 years of commercial electrical installation experience.
Valid form of ID
Valid TDLR Apprentice License
Tool pouch and tools
Must have a smartphone and be able to download app to clock in and out.
Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsites on a daily basis.
Must pass background check and drug test
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Must have experience in Commercial Electrical Applications
Must have knowledge of electrical installations in the San Antonio and surrounding areas.
Must know all sizes of E.M.T and M.C. Cable.
Must have extensive knowledge of commercial applications.
The apprentice should keep all materials, tools and equipment in an orderly fashion and keep the work area clean as well as demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of tools and equipment.
Understand the language, terms and skills in use of tools on the job.
Produce quality of work equal to or exceeds company standards and the National Electrical Code requirements.
Assist in mounting and strapping.
Comprehend/read drawings and schematics.
Preferred: Bend conduit by hand with PVC pipe heater.
Read and interpret maps, instructional manuals, specifications, work site directions, blue prints and written instructions.
Must be willing to work in extreme weather conditions.
Must follow all safety procedures.
Keep and maintain a positive attitude towards completing the job and complying with all company policies.
Be punctual, neat, have a positive attitude, and be reliable.
Ability to work 40+ hours a week.
