We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Professional that is excited to contribute to the startup phase and is eager to grow within the company as it expands its operations in the Dallas market.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, Dallas, the ideal candidate is a driven, self-starter, with a passion for providing excellent customer experience. You are positive, possess exceptional communication skills, and you aren’t afraid of a challenge. You thrive in an environment that finds success in selling value over price.
We’re Seeking the Following Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in New Home Sales and/or Commission Real Estate Sales
- Strong understanding of New Home Sales processes and knowledge of the Texas Housing Market
- Previous New Home Sales experience with a high-volume production builder considered an asset
- Team-player mentality
- Proven ability to foster meaningful relationships
- Strong computer and software skills
- Knowledge and understanding of job site safety policies
- Solid ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in preparing contracts and explaining terms and conditions
- Basic understanding of mortgages and new home financing
Here's What Your Day-To-Day Could Look Like:
- Manage the customer relationship from beginning to end with a strong focus in providing outstanding customer experience.
- Showcase the value and features of Shane Homes Show Homes to prospective homebuyers.
- Prepare and review new home sales contracts to ensure accurate pricing and feature selections.
- Maintain open and timely communication channels with internal and external customers.
- Build and maintain inventory of prospective new homebuyers and develop sales leads from appropriate sources.
- Maintain the condition of both the interior and exterior of area show home(s).
- Build and foster relationships with the trade partners, suppliers, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
