Job Summary: As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the home-buying process. You will showcase our properties, understand client needs, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Engage with potential homebuyers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits of new homes.
- Provide detailed information on pricing, financing options, and available upgrades.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and real estate professionals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective buyers.
- Manage the sales process from initial contract to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our homes.

- A valid driver's license is required.
Training:
- Comprehensive training program consisting of 21 days to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.

Regular Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Days off are either Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday & Friday
Training:
- Training consist of 21 days straight with no days off.
Training hours are:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday- 9:00AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday- 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
