Sales Leads Generator Manager:
Cool Air Mechanical, TX a well-established HVAC company Partnered with Home Depot, is currently in search of a Lead Generator Manager to manage our Sales Lead Generators in our partnered Home Depot locations in the DFW Metroplex area.
You will play a critical role within the company as you will be interviewing, training, mentoring, and managing our in-store lead generators to optimize lead generation. You will lead by example by also working shifts in the locations. We need an experienced leader that will motivate, train, enable, and guide a team by example to consistent achievement in clearly defined lead generation goals.
You will Possess:
2+ years of experience in retail/consumer lead generation management including canvassing and in store.
Ability to develop and implement a training program for new team members.
Experience in interviewing, and training sales lead generators as well as weekly scheduling to ensure proper and adequate store coverage while monitoring weekly employee hours.
Success in this position is best achieved by being able to lead your team by example.
Must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with the retail store management as well as your team members.
Ability to analyze performance data and make decisions from that data whether to keep or terminate underperforming team members.
Be able to motivate a team of diverse people who are working in remote locations.
Must be team and goal oriented and understand the need to achieve daily success in the retail store environment.
Capable of travelling to our partnered stores to manage your team.
Will develop the weekly schedule for the team members and communicate to them in a timely manner.
Responsible for leading a weekly motivational meeting of all team members.

Salary: $50 - 55,000 Base, plus strong commission and bonus incentives.
