Mountain Home Services is currently seeking an HVAC Service Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our HVAC Service Managers are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, sales, retention, safety, vendor meetings and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers.

Qualifications:

Do I Have What It Takes?

An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems (4+ years experience)
Excellent leadership skills and team mentality
Ability to build business and meet revenue goals
Experience and knowledge of HVAC and Process systems in residential settings
Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
Drive the HVAC department sales through training and development of the field technicians
Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
Coach service technicians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue
Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
