Qualifications of Industrial, Plant Electrician:
- Must apply expert level electrical theory and related knowledge to the operation, troubleshooting, repair and installation of a variety of electrical/electronic systems and equipment.
- Must be able to read and interpret building system blueprints and manufacturing equipment electrical drawings, wiring diagrams & schematics.
Responsibilities of Industrial, Plant Electrician:
Maintenance actions include, but are not limited to:
- Install, repair and perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot problems in electrical circuits, electric motors, starters.
- Perform daily inspection and calibration as needed of process control equipment and environmental compliance equipment
Compensation of Industrial, Plant Electrician:
- $30 - $35 depending on experience
