Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a strong digital marketing background to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing our bespoke website, developing influencer strategies, assisting in the creation of engaging social media content, and contributing to digital marketing campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our website developer to ensure the website is updated, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals. Assist in content updates, SEO optimization, and overall site maintenance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer strategies that align with business objectives and increase the brand’s visibility with target audiences
- Lead influencer and creator marketing strategies to support brand initiatives with a focus on brand building, storytelling and audience engagement to drive purchase intent.
- Identify new partnership opportunities with influencers and brands to build brand heat and relevance
- Leverage data and consumer insights and monitor emerging cultural moments to find opportunities to break into relevant conversations
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing strategy team to develop and implement high-quality, engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Schedule posts, manage interactions, and analyze performance metrics to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing strategy team to identify and develop placement opportunities within fashion, digital platforms, television, film, music, and other entertainment events
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Work with the team to track campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Provide support for marketing events, including planning, promotion, and on-site assistance. Help coordinate logistics and ensure events run smoothly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Knowledge in website management and SEO practices.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the luxury jewelry industry.
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable with experience working in results oriented, high growth environment
- Ability to align influencer strategies with overall business objectives and brand goals
- Capacity to measure, analyze, and interpret the impact of PR and influencer marketing efforts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
