Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Commercial Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical systems and be willing to travel to various job sites in the surrounding states. This role requires a dedicated professional who is committed to safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial settings, including wiring, conduits, fixtures, and other electrical devices.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand layout and determine best practices for installation and repair.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.
- Travel to assigned locations; flexibility for out-of-state and overnight travel is preferred.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationship.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License.
- Proven experience as a commercial electrician.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions (heights, tight spaces, etc.).
- Valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Weekends as needed
