The Comfort Advisor is primarily responsible for selling profitable HVAC projects. Oversee jobs through scheduling, completion, collection, and referral. Meet or exceed budgeted monthly sales.
Pay: $100,000 to $200,000+ per year

Responsibilities:
- Execute sales presentations as outlined in Anthony PHCE sales procedures, building a value greater than the customer’s investment.
- Assist customers to achieve healthy, comfortable, safe environments.
- Complete proposals and price jobs to our customers within the guidelines set forth by the company standards.
- Actively pursue referrals from satisfied customers.
- Visit jobs sold to assure quality, answer customer questions, and collect and ask for referrals.
- Ensure pricing and profitability by accurately proposing all jobs, using company-developed pricing, and emphasizing quality and value.
- Communicate with our support staff, timely and efficiently, details of jobs, financing, and job scheduling.
- Utilize company technology for communication and sales documentation.
- Communicate to the Installation Technician the job requirements and expectations of the customer through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written forms.
- Accept On-Call duties on a rotation basis with other HVAC Sales Reps as necessary to serve our clients.
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled sales meetings, special sales training, and technician technical training meetings on relevant topics.
