Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll take charge of leading installations, maintenance, and repair projects, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems (residential and commercial).
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide solutions and recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of residential install/service experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a variety of HVAC systems.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $95,000 based on experience, plus a matched 401k, and paid time off.
