Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician including general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and carpentry)
- EPA Universal + HVAC Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel locally between properties
Monday - Friday | With occasional overtime
Pay | $30 - $35
HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot existing HVAC systems.
- Repair or replace faulty or outdated components.
- Perform system testing to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls.
- Accurately document all work performed, including parts and service details.
- Deliver top-notch customer service at all times.
- Work independently and collaborate with team members as needed.
