HELP WANTED
We are looking to start a new hire ASAP!
Looking for a hardworking, organized person to fill lead HVAC technician and join our team!
You will be responsible for helping with repairing existing HVAC systems, and new installations. Strong work ethic is a must!
Responsibilities:
Able to perform demand installs in a timely fashion
Able to size and install sheet metal
Able to work extended hours during peak seasons
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle* and tools
Complete system replacements in a neat, timely and clean fashion.
Qualifications: MUST have a good attitude, great dependability and organizational skills!
MUST be able to take initiative to plan, prepare equipment, and complete jobs independently!
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented installs
Must have basic tools to complete installs and sheet metal, company provides all power tools and larger equipment
The ability to replace furnaces and or air conditioning systems, alone with delivery and equipment placement help.
Able to install Mini split systems
25 ton + rooftop unit experience preferred
Communication is key

Pay: $25.00 - $67.00 per hour
