We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive our operations to new levels of success.
Position Overview:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of business operations, including staff management, customer service excellence, and business growth initiatives. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency, developing strategic plans, and implementing best practices to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across the company.
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet company objectives and growth targets.
- Manage and support staff through hiring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering effective service and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control expenses to maintain profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Report regularly to the executive team on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a comparable leadership role, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of business management, financial principles, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrates a high level of urgency and commitment to job success.
- Solid business-to-consumer sales experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory.
