## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our full service hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous full service hotel experience. He/she will ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff effectively, and maintain high standards of service.
## Duties
- Lead all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, accounting anad human resources
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial plans
- Handle guest relations and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
## Experience
- 5+ years proven experience in full service hospitality management or related field in branded property.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
