Job Description HVAC Install/Service Manager:
We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Install/Service Manager. You will travel to each client’s location to inspect their current equipment to ensure code compliance for new installations, identify problems with completed installs to prepare job for inspections, and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance. You will be required to monitor or help with new residential installations. We work with residential customers, so you must know how to work with HVAC equipment from 2 ton to 5 ton . You must have a firm understanding of building code in each county. You MUST have your own truck and tools.
Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for Servicing and Installations
· Travel to homes as scheduled
· Determine customer concerns with their current HVAC system
· Inspect current HVAC systems to confirm ready for inspection
· Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance
· Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
· Maintain log of tasks performed and report as required.
· Maintain regular attendance
· Work cooperatively with other others
· Understanding code and making sure that units are installed to city standards
· Maintain accurate information of all process and work performed daily.
· Perform other duties assigned.
