Are you an experienced leader in the HVAC industry with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to oversee our HVAC operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVAC division, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, project managers, and administrative staff to achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and P&L responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, services, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive business growth and manage financial performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
