The Retail Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing programs and initiatives to drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost sales for YETI Retail Stores. This role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the retail industry and consumer behavior. The Retail Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage budgets, and analyze program performance.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, merchandising, and creative, to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-store.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing programs, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Identify and evaluate potential partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing program execution, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.

Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers, to maximize brand exposure and drive customer engagement.

Develop and manage the production of marketing materials, including signage, displays, print collateral, and digital assets.

Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive program success.
Qualifications and Attributes:

Proficient in digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing platforms, social media advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
