We are seeking a passionate Influencer Marketing & Social Engagement Specialist to join our marketing team and elevate our brand through strategic influencer partnerships and organic social media growth.
Position Overview:
As the Influencer Marketing & Social Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our brand's reach by developing and managing influencer collaborations and creating compelling organic social media content. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers, driving social media engagement, and ensuring our brand’s voice resonates across all digital platforms. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the beauty and wellness industry and has a proven track record of creating impactful influencer campaigns and social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals and values.
● Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors within the plastic surgery and wellness space.
● Coordinate influencer partnerships, including content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
● Create and curate engaging organic social media content that reflects our brand’s identity and resonates with our target audience.
● Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) by posting content, interacting with followers, and monitoring trends.
● Analyze and report on the performance of influencer campaigns and organic social media efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all digital channels.
● Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
● Work closely with the creative team to develop visually compelling content that enhances our online presence.
● Engage with online communities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing and social media management, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
● Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and organic social media growth.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and collaborate with influencers and internal teams.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
● Passion for the plastic surgery and wellness industry.
● Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
