You must live in the North Eastern area of the U.S. to be considered for this position.
The Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts, researching and actively onboarding new business, all while managing a third-party wholesale rep network. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive prompt professional sales support in coordination with our wholesale reps and internal support staff. The position will also be responsible for providing monthly reports, detailing their region’s customer performance and shortfalls, and provide market insights and feedback. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who prides themselves on their success and confidence in growing sales revenues. The successful candidate will need to be excellent at building relationships and be a high achiever.
Responsibilities
Account Management – Provide prompt professional sales support to our customers.
Rep Firm Management – Manage and communicate effectively and timely with our rep firms to provide strategy to meet goals.
Negotiation – Work with reps and customers to maximize sales revenues through win/win sales strategies.
Closing – follow up on opportunities with wholesalers and wholesale reps to bring the orders in-house
Communication – Provide effective prompt answers to customers needs and strengthen relationships.
Technical Aptitude – Have a good understanding of HVAC equipment and be able to discuss confidently.
Training/Educating – Experienced in presenting product information to small and medium audiences.
Managing Goals – Plan accordingly to meet the company’s revenue and product goals in the region and work closely with the VP of sales and other departments to achieve these.
Organization – Will need to plan effectively for travel and meetings to maximize productivity.
Travel – able to travel up to 50% of the time within the region and to other events as required.
Sales lead/Pipeline Management - Developing and maintaining the sales pipeline, and actively communicating progress to management.
Budget – Provide information and assist in the preparation.
Reporting – This role reports to the Vice President Sales
Qualifications:
You must be eligible to work full time in the U.S. and have a minimum 5 years of applicable regional sales management experience
University or college degree
Sales management of distribution channels experience
Experience in HVAC sales or equivalent equipment sales
Experience with Software CRM. Reporting systems, MS Office
Customer oriented.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
