Overview:
Seeking an experienced Automotive Body Shop Manager to join our team. As an Automotive Body Shop Manager, you will oversee the operations of our Body Shop department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Body Shop department
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or issues
- Schedule and assign work to technicians, ensuring efficient workflow
- Monitor technician performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Maintain accurate records of Body Shop orders, invoices, and warranty claims
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology and Body repair
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years Previous experience in a Body Shop management role
- Strong body repair knowledge and understanding of Direct insurance repairs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to auto body repair and fabrication
- Familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Valid driver's license
