We are looking for a Commercial Maintenance technician that has 2+ years of experience in Commercial Maintenance HVAC.
Qualifications include:
o 2+ years in Commercial HVAC/on Commercial HVAC Equipment
o Ability to accurately quickly troubleshoot problems
o Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements
o Must pass a background and drug test
o Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
o Ability to lift and carry
o Ability to work efficiently in all weather extremes
o Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs while ascending a ladder
o Ability to work above ground level with no fear of heights
