Overview
Watergen is a leading provider of sustainable Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) solutions, headquartered in Petah Tikvah, Israel. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team at the Americas Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HVAC, electrical systems, or maintenance services, coupled with exceptional leadership and customer service expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the service department and provide technical troubleshooting support as needed.
- Offer expert technical guidance to customers, both virtually and in person, for troubleshooting and installation processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety regulations.
- Manage and optimize workflow efficiency and service processes.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions for staff and customers on new technologies and procedures.
- This role requires occasional domestic and international travel; a valid passport is necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical, HVAC, gas systems, or maintenance operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong sales and upselling capabilities.
- Previous experience in a technical role.
- Proficiency with CMMS for updating service orders, tracking inventory, and managing parts orders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask efficiently, and demonstrate flexibility to learn and grow in various areas, including new customer sales, lead follow-up, and hosting high-level business visitors for facility tours.
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA/HVAC or Electrical License.
- OSHA Certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
