Job Overview
Crown Mechanical is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager to facilitate new growth, develop and maintain superb relationships with customers, vendors, and OEMs, perform necessary market analysis and strategic planning, and any other duties assigned to drive customer and sales growth. The ideal Account Manager should place relationships first, creating long-term partnerships that benefit clients and Crown Mechanical, as well as having existing knowledge about residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our services, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and industry contacts to enhance sales and service offerings.
- Develop and execute sales programs while maintaining existing accounts, ensuring seamless coordination with operations.
- Provide customer support (both remotely and in person at jobsites) serve as technical consultants to customers and provide industry leading communication across all customer needs.
- Review and manage costs to ensure profitability.
- Increase sales for service work and installations, collaborating with management on improvement strategies.
- Conduct market analysis, planning, and reporting to maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform or supervise administrative sales tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation and communications.
- Manage a customer portfolio, actively seeking new business opportunities and achieving sales goals.
- Conduct sales activities via consultations, cold calls, emails, and marketing efforts to promote the company’s solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records using Sales and Jobbing CRMs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, College a plus.
- Prior industrial sales experience
- Should be mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of all types of heavy equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Persistent with a strong work ethic
- Ability to generate internal and external interest in company and services
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite as well as Jobbing CRMs (Service Fusion) and Salesforce.
Compensation
We believe that our people are at the core of our business and strive to make sure that all team members are well compensated. Account Managers receive a base salary with uncapped Commission based on work sold. Our goal is for our Account Managers to make 150k-250k+ a year.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Weekend and overtime work may be necessary to meet project demands and client needs.
