As an HVAC Warehouse Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient and safe storage, inventory management, and distribution of HVAC products and materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, HVAC products, and a strong understanding of logistics and safety protocols.

Duties

2 years of warehouse management experience in HVAC industries.
Familiarity with HVAC products and equipment. Experience with warehouse management software like Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. Ability to operate warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with vendors, suppliers, and team members.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials. Ensure all products are properly organized and stored in accordance with company standards.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reorder supplies as needed.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring team members adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Manage the timely and accurate receipt and shipment of HVAC products. Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure proper handling of orders and deliveries.
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallets, etc.) and ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Provide regular updates to senior management on inventory levels, order statuses, and any issues affecting warehouse operations.
