We are seeking a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer with refrigeration piping and controls experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading a small team to install and replace equipment such as VRF/VRV, ductless, standard split systems, water-source heat pumps, chillers, and more. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a well-organized Project Management staff and seasoned Duct Installation team to ensure success with new builds, and replacement projects.

Applicants must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license and experience leading commercial HVAC installation work.

Pay: $35-$50 Per hour DOE
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small install crew on various jobs, installing refrigeration piping, water piping, and standalone controls systems according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
- Work with an organized Project Management team to ensure all project details match requirements of drawings, meet project timelines and maintain a culture of safety on all job sites.
- Maintain high standards regarding quality and professionalism on job sites at all times. This includes consistent attendance, attention to detail, and support of your team.
- Coordinate project details with Duct Installation team, job superintendents, and Project Management team.
Qualifications:
- Refrigeration License preferred but not required (schooling is provided for those who have not yet achieved their license)
- 2+ years' in a commercial install setting with minimum 1 year leading work.
- Valid Driver's License in good standing.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to interpret specifications and blueprints a plus. If you do not have these skills, training can be provided.
