EnviroVantage is growing and looking for HVAC Cleaning Leads.
HVAC Cleaning Leads are responsible for the direct oversight and management of staff and subcontractors working on cleaning & demolition projects. This position may also require hands-on site work to have projects completed on time and efficiently.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinating onsite work
- Responsible for getting job completed in a safe and efficient manner
- Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors
- Ensure implementation of project specific work plans
- Manage crew’s labor and equipment time to achieve maximum productivity and meet budgets
- Interface and communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Complete daily field reports.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Project Lead/Supervisor
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules
- High School Diploma, GED, or vocational schooling
- Minimum of 2 years related field experience with HVAC cleaning and management.
Working Environment/Physical Demands:
- Work may be performed under extreme weather conditions including hot and cold ambient temperatures.
- Must be able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds.
- Qualified Candidate must be able to pass a physical examination by medical professional for the anticipated work requirements.
- Must be able to pass a background check and be able to obtain access to military bases across the United States.
- A valid driver’s license is required, as well as a safe driving record as measured by company policy.
