Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC installer specializing in Mini-Split systems, with a strong emphasis on Mitsubishi brand installations, to lead our installation crew on Saturdays. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Mitsubishi Mini-Split installations and possess strong leadership and teaching abilities. As the crew leader, you will oversee all installation activities, ensure projects are completed efficiently, and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Installation Crew:
- Supervise and manage the installation team during Saturday projects.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of installations.
Perform Mitsubishi Mini-Split Installations:
- Install Mitsubishi Mini-Split HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Ensure all installations meet quality benchmarks and safety regulations.
Train and Mentor Team Members:
- Provide hands-on training to less experienced installers.
- Share best practices and technical knowledge, especially related to Mitsubishi systems, to improve team performance.
Quality Assurance:
- Inspect completed work to verify adherence to guidelines and customer requirements.
- Address any installation issues promptly and effectively.
Customer Interaction:
- Communicate with customers to explain installation processes and address any concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular safety briefings with the crew.

Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per day
