We are seeking an HVAC Installer to become apart of our team! You will be responsible for all aspects of HVAC work in the field , which includes: Installations & Maintenance; taking off sheet metal, piping, and organizing vendor information to compile accurate estimates for potential commercial & residential HVAC projects. This candidate must be well organized, hands-on, self-motivated, and dependable with the drive to succeed in a challenging & fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately estimate plan/spec & design/build HVAC systems using computer estimating systems & other related software
- Lead HVAC Foreman duties
- Establish & Maintain Vendor relationships
- Perform site assessments & attend pre-bid walkthroughs
- Interact with the sales & project management teams to insure all projects are performed under budget & according to plans & specs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry is required
- Can lead an already established HVAC team
- Knowledge in all Commercial & Residential HVAC Installations & Maintenance
- Oil Burners Certificate
- EPA Card
- OSHA 10 or 30
- Masters or Journey-person Sheet Metal license
- Ability to read & comprehend blueprints & other construction documents
- Knowledge of different types of HVAC systems & their components
- Possess strong verbal & written communication skills
- Experience with Manual-J Software
- Thorough understating of related trades for the purposes of coordinating various project estimates
- Deadline & detail-oriented
