Manage the Applications/Pre-sales team, generating HVAC control programs, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support. Develop client relationships, present products, and assist with estimates and new projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-sales staff and technical evaluation.
- Establish pre-sales strategy and support external customers.
- Train customers' pre-sales staff on applications.
- Develop pre-sales/application processes.
- Support product marketing content.
- Provide technical and quotation assistance.
- Coordinate with various departments for cost estimates and product modifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years HVAC Technical experience.
- Excellent communication and marketing knowledge.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Specialized Knowledge:
- 2+ years HVAC experience.
- Experience in product management or writing HVAC specifications.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with computer use.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
