We are currently seeking an experienced and driven HVAC Commercial Service Manager to join our growing team.
Job Overview:
As the HVAC Commercial Service Manager, you will lead and oversee our commercial HVAC service operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service to our commercial clients. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, oversee scheduling, and ensure that all services are completed in compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire , manage, train, and mentor a team of HVAC technicians and admin personnel to ensure top performance.
- Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, coordinate and oversee installs, job assignments, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all service work complies with industry standards and codes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support new and existing commercial client accounts.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, service requests, and any escalated issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality in service delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Ability to order commercial equipment including crane services and materials needed for installation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Commercial HVAC Systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in HVAC software and service management tools is a plus.
- Relevant HVAC certifications and licenses are highly preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
