We are looking for a Top Tier, Highly Technical, Commercial & Residential HVAC General Manager who is familiar with the Florida climate and how HVAC systems are affected by it. Key Requirements:
. HR Experience
. Service Titan Experience
· Proven experience in the HVAC field, with boots-on-the-ground expertise
· Strong leadership and managerial skills
· Recommended Service Time software experience
· In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and industry trends
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
· Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects
· Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance
· Experience in creating accurate and competitive project quotes
· Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing teams
· Proficient in QuickBooks or similar financial management software
· Extensive experience in overseeing the overall operations of an HVAC company
Experience:
- 10+ years of HVAC experience (field and office preferred)
- Sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalency
