Red Cap is currently seeking an HVAC Operations Manager to join our team. Our HVAC Operations Manager is tasked with increasing the overall revenue and profitability of the department as well as managing daily field operations, employee training, recruiting, safety, and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Increase overall revenue and profitability of the HVAC Department
- Direct supervisor to 15 service technicians & multiple line managers
- Cost Control
- Process creation and implementation
- Call-by-call board management, batting order
- Hiring, terminations, corrective action
- Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
- Drive the HVAC department sales through training and development of the field technicians
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
- Coach service technicians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue
- Monitor and control call backs and warranties
- Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Service Titan experience a plus
- Home Depot program management experience a plus
- Technical background
- An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
- Experience and knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential dwellings
- Have an understanding of general HVAC design with have an overall general knowledge of HVAC material costs
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
