Responsibilities
The HVAC Service Technician Team Lead is responsible for installing, servicing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Technicians must be qualified to perform the tasks of system cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC units including but not limited to furnaces, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers, while working under minimum or no supervision. They also install outdoor coils and outdoor units, as well as repair refrigerants, and compressors. Technicians will be responsible for performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs of the air quality systems from installation to end-of-life. The team lead provides leadership and support to Service Technicians in the field to ensure customer needs are being met efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. Provides coaching and training to Service Technicians on their work teams.
Qualifications Required
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- EPA Certification - (Preferred).
- General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems.
- 5-8 Years of HVAC Installation/service experience.
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial to the customer and the company.
- Understand and apply all relevant building and safety codes.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
