Flow Meter
Our Oval Gear Industrial Flow Meter offering provides Industrial Grade Liquid Flow Measurement solutions to Specifiers, Instrumentation Professionals, Contractors, OEMs, Related Channel Partners, End Users, and others within General Industry, Oil & Gas, Agriculture and Chemical segments.
Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking an experienced General Manager for our Tampa based office.
Overview of the Role:
- Full Profit and Loss responsibility for Macnaught USA
- Supervise various organization functions, including Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Logistic personnel
- Enhance Market Presence and Sales Performance within the Lubrication Equipment product portfolio
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies aligned with achieving assigned financial goals
- Establish connections with key decision-makers to influence positive sales outcomes
- Ø Foster a culture of collaboration and compassionate leadership with the USA staff and all other Macnaught Global entities
Job Description:
Digital:
- Oversee a strong digital sales platform within E-Commerce, Amazon FBA, Social Media and Direct Sales to the Lubrication Equipment and Flow Meter customer segment
- Collaborate closely with the USA Marketing Director, Global Marketing Director, and other Global Digital team members to ensure best practice presence within the digital selling space
Sales:
- Increase Direct BTB Lubrication Equipment Product Portfolio Sales through potential Resellers, Distributors, Industrial ECOM Platforms, Jobbers, MRO, End-Users, etc
- Maximize current ECOM platforms to increase revenue at best target ROAS
- Establish firm pricing strategies, stay abreast of competitive price positioning within ECOM and BTB markets
- Oversee Sell Sheets & Pricing Publications for each buying level
- Increase Flow Meter sales by working with the existing Flowmeter Team
Operations:
- Manage Container & LTL procurement process & item replenishment from Global Suppliers
- Provide Logistics and Warehouse support
- Maintain a safe working environment and develop best practice employee policies with the Global Human Resources group
Business:
- Manage monthly P&L for the USA entity
- Prepare annual and new project budgets with staff accountant
- Participate in weekly global ( Australia & India ) team calls
- Manage the Tampa and Houston staff – provide positive growth guidance to all team members
- Collaborate with Macnaught Canada Country Manager & Canada Staff
- Collaborate with Australia based Executive, Financial, Engineering and Production stakeholders
- Reports to the Vice President Macnaught Americas & Global Flow Meters
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Industrial General Management Experience
- Possess a working knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC
- Proven track record of successfully managing team members, including inside sales, accounting, marketing, technical support, and warehouse personnel
- A Creative marketing mindset within the industrial sales space is preferred
- Reports to a Tampa, Florida office daily
- Strategic USA Travel will be required as needed
- 4-year accredited college degree, will consider strong relevant experience in lieu of degree
In addition to above, Ideal Candidates will possess:
- Specific Lubrication Equipment Senior Level Sales Management Experience, Microsoft Business Central ERP and HubSpot System Knowledge along with Superior Excel Skills
Compensation:
Salary up to 175K per year for top relevant Industrial General Manager Talent
Bonus of up to 20% Year 1
