We are looking for immediate full-time Mechanical, Commercial Boiler, HVAC Technicians who are confident, and possess the skills necessary to run commercial and residential calls on a daily basis. We offer flexible scheduling, and the highest commissions in the city. Servicing areas include the Denver Metro Area, south to Colorado Springs, and north to Ft. Collins. Compensation:
- Performance Based
- Competitive Percentage based on experience.
- Average Pay Range of $90,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Hourly Paid Training (Training 1-3 weeks based on experience).

Schedule:
- 5 Days on/2 Days off
- On Call Shifts are Two working days of your normal work week.
HVAC Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of HVAC code.
- Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems.
- 3+ years experience in HVAC Preferred, minimum of 1 year.
- Must be certified HVAC tech.
- Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment.
- Diagnose and repair issues due to system performance or failure.
- Ability to inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC Equipment (Refrigeration and air conditioning, compressors, boilers, hydronic systems, condensers, evaporators, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers and ancillary equipment).

Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Mechanical License Preferred, but not required.
